Where 2 use boat

Hi all
New 2 this powerboatin lark so sorry 2 trouble u askin sometin u all no about i'm sure but where can we take our 13' 30hp boat?
We have the 2004 launch guide and several books/mags etc but it seems hard 2 find a lake in the Glos and suroundin counties area.
There must b a list somewhere of places 2 hire without the xpence of been members etc.
Pls Pls help us out
