where to start

I'm about to rebuild from scratch, just wanted a few pointers on where and what to do first!!
few pics of current form, (awaiting repaint)

I would try and make it waterproof first so pin all those wires up to the inside of the deck put the boat on its trailer as a jig to keep it straight and start lightly sanding the inside of the hull up and hoovering up dust as you go (wear a mask) to give a clean substrate for the epoxy to stick to on the inside.

Three layers of matting to reinforce the effected areas that leak should do .
Then you will need to glass in some new hardwood cross members to fix the floor to.Use a levelon these and place @ at 2 foot centres then 3/4 inch ply on top of the cross members leaving a hall finch gap around the side you can use a cardboard piece for a template.
Then fibre glass the ply on top and to sides of boat.
Cover with carpet.
Decent battery box in ply and fibre glass and fit out.
You might want to glass in a couple of Hard wood cross members on top of floor to fix the seats to either by 1/2 stainless bolts or coack screws with large penny washers

Thanks for the pointers!, the hull its self is now water tight and certain areas have be strengthened... (photo was before the work had be done, my bad)
The hull is 19 ft, and the cockpit area is about 6.5 ft in length.....how many support beams would you think I'd need?

First thing you need to do is remove the tower of power and send it to me for safe keeping.

All pretty sound advice, but I'd have thought polyester instead of epoxy, and cross members out of marine ply

Was thinking the same... repair would cost more than the boat in epoxy, with no benefit to the repair really!

Also, no need to go crazy with cross bracing, frames etc. The floor will do most of that and some decent longitudinals to fasten the floor to.

Haha cheers all for the advice!, I'm doing it slowly and taking time.... Sank the last time!
As for the tower of power she's been sorted and restored to full power! Was only giving about half power still got her [the boat] up to about 45-50knts gps showed.
