WHich GPS??????

Ok chaps so we have between us sorted the seats (will be in contact with GAV when the wife has OK'd my colour choice!!!!) now its on to a suitable easy to use (Idiot proof) GPS, which one should I go for, a fellow Boatmad.com member has suggested the garmin 260 is this the easiest to use? im not really into weypoints (havent got a clue what they are) just want to point at Cowes from Poole and get there in one piece!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

so any bright ideas
Or a guiding light

Yep tried that, got lost, had to follow the jersey Ferry when I had my Sunseeker Thunderhawk, then the bastard moored in the lea of Sark for the night, did'nt do the cred much good, and had to leave within two hours from Jersey to find the way home to Poole!!!!!!

two weeks later my so called partner in the boat went broke, the VAT people impounded the boat and I havent heard from the since! think the did a runner to some far off country!!!!!!

Hey PASH 1!

Buy this one garmin Etrex Euro; suppose to be the most idiot proof, easiest to use gps ever made And if I am not completly wrong it is the worlds most sold GPS Good luck mate!

Thanks for the Milford on Sea observation..... the water was a bit low on the M27 on my way to Port Solent too, grounded the dam boat
