It looks similar to a 70s Fletcher Hull but i am not 100% about saying that. Its got a Picton look about it too.

The bloke he bought it from said it was a Winker Hull, never heard of them!
Maybe he misheard him and he was saying something about his eyesight.

Windscreen is different on that one Roofer.
Maybe a model change, dunno, just can't see the hull shape too well.
