Yamaha 130 beto

Hi,

what is a good price for this type of engine?
it's 2003 model with history unknown, only that it served in ocr and has a crack in the top cowling...
motor runs great, will test compression to be sure.

£1000 ? Altough this does not constitute an offer to buy.

all depends upon how well its been looked after especially afer running in OCR as they do get a hard time on the engine mounts, cowl brackets, steering pivots, gearbox bearings. also it may have been converted to pre mix which is ok if done properly. most ocr boats with Yam 130's also didnt have original equipment used like the control box and throttle.

where abouts is the engine as i would be interested in spares or to go through and sell on..

Forgot to mention i don't have one for sale :-) .
But i know somebody who has, and im thinking to buy it...
He has no idea what its worth and so am i...
Oil pump is not in use anymore, looks like it has an oil leak.
The shaft has a thin oilfilm on it.
What would be normal comression for these engines?
Everything else looks solid...

If everything is ok, what would be the normal price?
