However i then noticed Dad had turned up with camera so gave it some extra welly great until i hooked it and the only thing that stopped me leaving the boat was my left foot that got wedged between the observers seat and the dash! Didn't stop my head going in the water though the whole top half of my body was over the side of the boat
I came in straight after to find this

Did you have the lifter right up?

My recomendation: more set-back and more lifter travel!

Sounds like you were lucky dude! Lifter up by any chance? or was it just the fact the tab broke and the other pulled ya round?

Unfortunatly not just new rams at cost.
I noticed one ram had broken whilst cye was driving it but i should have taken it off then.
I just put the tab up and carried on didn't expect to experience my first ever hook though which just ripped the other ram clean off

Speed short burst at 7000rpm trimmed level and bullet 3" below
24" prop prolly around 70mph
only did 6500rpm before rebuild with a 22.5" prop trimmed level and 3" below

Jay said to run at no more than 6000rpm except short bursts up to 7000rpm until motor run in

No lifter right at bottom bullet around 3" below and trimmed level
Just pushed it too hard into a head sea and shit myself
My crash helmet is drying on the radiator

unlucky about the tab- this is pritty cheap, you can use the second pump aswell to make ya tabs quicker,
