I think it's a concorde, not sure of the model, built in Milford Haven by Dudley Marine, I think he sold all his molds or gave them away, not sure. He was still working away down there when I left that part of the world about 7 years ago, but was starting to wind things down.
The triangular "pad" on the aft hull is a dead giveaway.
Nice resto by the way
Alan

Back in the 80's a guy I knew had one with an 85/90hp yam, another guy had a similar boat but with a slight change to the screen area, both boats were identical in the hull but the screen area was different and both boats had a different name on them, however the names of both manufacturers escape me for now as it was a fair time ago...did go for a spin on it and it ran well for a 16 ft boat top speed was about 55mph running alongside mine

Spoke to phil bennet of LJ Marine in kent
he is sure its not a concorde although the pad looks similar
phil bought the moulds from lynn a number of years ago and
has re-decked the 16 for E9000 and built a new 18 for OCR
(great restoration by the way)

Pretty sure its an interceptor built and raced by Alan Sibbons in the mid 80's. Raced in OCR (C class - 70 hp). Alan Layton also raced one. They were based on 14' Concorde which pretty much won everything in that class.
