Helmet cameras

Bought myself a helmet camera and strapped it to my ski pole today, very impressed with picture quality. Got it from oregon technologies, gives an hours recording on a 2 gb card. Should get some good footage from this years racing.

Was slightly concerned that this thread might have taken an entirely different direction.

Quality depends on how close you are, clip starts off about 50 yards away then increases to 300 ish yards away.

Youtube buggers the quality by compressing it and converting to a macromedia flash file so that it streams quickly and easily.
I uploaded the High def 'mid week meet' video and it looks shite on youtube.

So, it may well be a better quality straight off the camera card, in fact, I'm certain it will be.

It has two settings for pixels and about 5 settings for FPS, so you can play. The quality is about as good as a picture camera video...
