You me know gav thats going handle pants with all that weight on the back end! could got weigh with a 2.5efi 300hp lot less weight short leg

it certainly is one big mutha of an engine!! wonder what the 8" of setback will do when the powerlift is fitted?!

Rumour on S&F is that with a bigger turbo fitted Mercury has already seen over 400hp from the Verado but they won't yet produce it because it needs to be rebuilt more often than a 280.

I it one of yours Gav ?
Mine is getting stress cracs already with the 300XS on the back (in a few weeks it will be solved/modified) so with the extra weight of a Verado i wonder how long this transom with the Verado will last .....

This boat here with the Verado on the back has a lot more support built in to the transom to take the extra weight so it shouldnt be a problem.

I dont think its much lighter than standard,I think gav was saying around 40kgs.
I think its been built lighter and had extra stiffening on the transom.
