found these during a loft turnout over the weekend.. didnt realise I still had the scrapbook I put together when i was a kid, of all the news clipping I'd snipped out from the sixties and seventies.. theres even the news coverage of Donald Campbells crash on Coniston (god I feel old sometimes).. and anything powerboat related.. some of it is beyond saving.. but heres the clips that I've still got from the 72 Monte Carlo..
There were small mentions with the results everyday in the Telegraph.. but these are the articles they actually gave proper space too.. that was a damned good race.. looking forward to 2013!
