The dog-leg in the rub-rail is a styling improvement that makes the boat the new manufacturers original design.
The dash is meant to look like that so that the new owner can easily see where to put his/her instruments. (<- Stevie Wonder)

tubes are from gemini industrys stitched pvc outer with pvc liners i have retubed 3 ribs with these tubes on in the last year all had tubes that were under 18 months old and completly shagged they did have a photo of a shakespeare/ring hulled rib on their website
