Out on the water today

Testing Paul Gilley's B28.

Got a few issues to sort yet, but it looked nice.

Saw 'Mamboking' out in his Extreme on Southampton Water too.

Yeah, had a run.
It's running a 6.5 litre 410hp V8 Supercharged diesel (same base motor as mine), but there are a few issues with it at present (I think the supercharger belt is slipping) so it's not making the power.

When sorted, it should run mid to upper 70's.

We weren't really going quick enough to get on top of it, so it was a tad hard (we topped out at 54mph) but I'm sure once it's in the zone, it'll be great.

yeah, and he wants to get the joints welded - simply wrapping brown paper and stick tape around wont hold it

Are the bars actually functional or just cosmetic?
