Nice one!

I have a Gopro HD but never put it on my lid, I dont trust the sticky pads. I always strap it on to a cleat or something as well!

Great vid, I'll have to try it on the helmet next time we're out.

Check the flywheel too, I had that and found half the magnets in the flywheel cracked.

If it was 1 and 2 maybe, but 2 and 4 Id be looking at the primary coil wires, possibly plug leads.

Start it in the dark and see if theres any spark jump.

Did it only start when you changed the stator?

Check for frayed wires on the trigger lead too.

i was playing up before i changed the stator, but i never checked to see if it was double firing though? the stator was brand new from a mercury dealer, changed switch boxes over, then swapped back to front, the problem stayed the same. next is the trigger.
