to be honest ... i'm not sure .. i "think" mine was yellow when Pete Wilson owned it and this white one came later and was slightly longer which i believe is now owned by "french phil" on here

Splitpin posted a link to a scanned pic from the worlds at Allhallows in 93 where the yellow B7 was re numbered B77 due to a european contender,

link : http://boatmad.com/forum/attachment....2&d=1293060844

Adrian, I'm not sure about the white B-7. The 18' that frenchPhil has had race Nº B-77. Delbuoy's original race Nº was 57, Pete Wilson had B-7. For whatever reason, Del coudn't have B-57 so ended up with B-77.
I'm still trying to find the pics of your one.
See You At Allhallows.

Wilson had 3 Argo Cats.

The first one (yellow in colour) was first raced in 1987 - Which is now Foolish's boat.

The second one (White in colour) 18' was raced up to 1994 and was sold to a chap in South Africa. Sadly on route to the 3B Worlds in Cape Town 2002 it was involved in a road traffic accident.

The third one (White in colour) 17' was raced from '95 to 2003. That was sold to a guy in the USA.

Chris Davies sent me some slides the other day which I am having converted to digital -

In the mean time a badly scanned shot of the 1995 Argo in the 3B Worlds held at Hull.

Mr Wilson Has had a few Argos including one with an XR2
One of his early ones came unhithced going down a slipway in Guernsey.
It was subsequently repaired and raced against his new one.
