Looking back thru the "Fish files" it would appear a 25' Revenger did rather well in the 1984 race.
I think the driver of that boat lives in Spain now.
I also hear he is coming back to the UK to be OOD of a race or two.

Run and owned by Lady Arran who had her 65th birthday in Oban on the RB84race. She was also rather clever, ran it as a Class 1 boat and came third overall in Class1!
Colin Stewart came fourth overall in his 25ft Revenger SC "Disprin The Fast One" which Ciao is talking about. His crew man was Mike Bellamy, winner of the London Monte Carlo race in 1974. Colin IS going to be the OOD at the RB08.

Tom, were you testing at Exmouth. Looks like the launching ramp next to the harbour. The last time I was there was about 1970.

Tom
Talk to Mike Bellamy of Lancing Marine in Shoreham. He fitted a bleeding great tank where the back seat is feeding into the main tank in Disprin. He also fitted a glass fuel filter at the same time so that he could see from the passenger seat if there was any water or not in the fuel. He will advise you of the capacity of that tank I am sure. From memory the main tank only held 35/40 gallons.
