Had some news today from Adrian Bright that Laura Lucy had Two right hand engines both offset and also had no inner moulding (unique for revenger)
Our boat has no inner moulding and signs of two off set drive positions
Any buddy any info ???????

Hi Tom
That could well be Laura Lucy 11. It was the second off the production line. I had sold one to Colin Stewart, One to Lady Arran and of course the third was mine. All I got from Revenger in commission was £200!
The Laura Lucy had twin 260hp Merc engines offset with one higher than the other (R/H side). No idea why that was, perhaps they were worried about the torque from the two engines in such a small beamed boat. I know that later on they put them at the same height and it went slightly faster.
If this is the Laura Lucy 11 then it's the second time going RB!!
Best
Mike.

Hi Glen they are standard Lenco we have repositioned them and they now seem very good, And with thanks to Bainbridge marine we have dual control either side of the boat.
New Turbo just fitted She is almost Ready!!!

Public Appology
I have to appologise to Tom for not recieving the Trophy we as a family decided he deserved.
I have privately written to him and had a very kind reply.
This error in awarding the Trophy to another very worthy competitor is purely down to the inneptitude, arrogance and chavalier attitude of one man and one man alone.
I have witnesses to the TWO telephone converstaions with two gentlemen in charge of the awards at Portsmouth, and they both agree that Tom was to be awarded this special prize.....................
Tom I am truly sorry. Great work and a brilliant effort by you and ofcourse Charlie.............................
