So true. We've had that conversation so many times! Never really fancied being a plumber though.

A pal of mine builds them now, over in Belgium, all though there is talk of the moulds coming back over to have a couple built here next year. £15k would buy you a boat, with an interior. Tank, steering, covers etc would be extra!

thats interesting, is the tank in the rear or under the floor?

Hi Alan,just cutting in,the dimensions you asked for are~transom 27",Inside of tube to inside of tube at the transom 56",outside flange to outside flange 83",overall length 28ft,chopped strand first used no idea,wasnt here when me lads did it,prob 12oz tho.

There's a guy at my Yacht club who's got a red and yellow one with twin 2.5 Mercs thats not very fast . I think it does high 60's

i think theres a thread on here somewhere about speeds of them ,i seem to remember there slower than the same engine on a ring 21

Mike will be able to give more details but I think the design idea was more about how it handled the lumpy stuff rather than top end speed.

It may not be the fastest thing out there but it does look good and to me it looks fast just sitting on the trailer I.M.H.O.

Must be getting old and memory's going . Ringcat is fitted with twin 2.4 efi's and tops out about 70 ish .
