Shakespeare information wanted!
Who can help me to find information about my shakespeare. I found that the hull must be the same like a ring hull. I found something on the internet that it should be à Shakespeare 610. It's the same boat like the black boat in THE movie "amsterdamned" (YouTube).
How the boat was/is (without engine).
How he's gonna be:
Who knows more?[/list]

Shakespeare needed to update their hulls in the Seventies and a deal was struck where I supplied them designs for the Ring 18 series A and the Ring 20 series A hulls and decks . The decks were modified to suit the windscreen that the company wanted and put into production as sterndrive and outboard models.

Thanks Mike, so the hull is exactly the same. Same handlings . Do you know what the official name is for this type. Because Shakespeare has types like, mustang, waverider, clubman etc.. Do you also maybe know howuch they build? (or à contactperson who knows more )

Shakespeare 610
Hi, The boat is a Shakespeare 610 just like the two used for the 'Amsterdammed' filming.
Looking at the four picture, brochure page, to memory was not produced by Shakespeare, but has the top two show the signwriting we used in the early 80's.
Seeing the bottom two leads me to believe it was produced by (a company name, I'm still looking for) Run by Bill and Co two brothers from Warmond who were our Dutch distributors. 6 of the 610's were built for Peter Styvent. 'Puppet on a Chain' the previous film from 1970

Pip Guise,
now long time retired director of Shakespeare International Marine
