Some of my mates departed after school over the pond and I stayed with them loads especially in the 90's and they had the boat at the end of their condo just like that, in the early 90's it was around $800ish per pole x4 plus the ramp and lift and power installation, this had risen to around $2000 a pole in the 2000's but still a good investment if you can get planning the only downside ye housing tax goes up
