1986 V6 Mercury Trim & Tilt unit

Can anyone help?

My trim and tilt unit has developed a leak, which was recently repaired, but has gone again.

The leak is at the bottom of the assembly and shows in one of the pics I've attached.

I question whether it's worth spending any more money on the current unit.

Does anyone have or know where I may get a replacement trim tilt unit that slots straight in?
