I run our XR2 on Rock Oil DFi oil 32:1. It is a TCW3+ Synthetic 2 stroke oil. No signs of wear even after a full season of 7000rpm. We sell it at very reasonable prices. Customers are using it instead of XD100 on the Evinrude DFis and instead of Mercury DFI oil in the Pro Xs Optimax 150hp. no issues there either.
if you need a quote text on 07527487227 or email at info@creammarine.com.

Hello Recce, some of our members would recommend either Rock Oil Synthesis 2 and or Mercury Racing Performance Blend, both fully synthetic and have some for sale....Phone or Text 07917 823 661 for more info.

Many thanks.

Synthesis 2 is a bike oil and doesn't have the marine additives. It's the MP3 Ultra (DFI gold bottle) you want.

Oil help

Hi been racing 2.5 EFI for years now. As Mercury racing oil stopped being available in the uk switched to a Sikolene but was costing a fortune as 50 minute races with a twin engine set up😂 I researched lots of oils and found Exol optima racing 2 stroke fully synthetic which Meets all the specs and I have used it for ages now with no issues and high rpm. Best part is £70 for 20 litres delivered to your door. Hope this helps.

If anyone is interested I have quite a lot of the very expensive, Aqua Pro fully synthetic Silkolene biodegradable oil left over from my racing days.
It is in 4L cans 4 per box. I have 4 boxes left (64 litres) supplied to me directly from Silkolene.
I am open to sensible offers for all or some of it.

There aren't really any marine additives in a marine 2 stroke oil. Any decent well made bike 2 stroke oil will also pass the TCW3 test.

A lot of TCW3 spec two stroke oils are re-branded bike oils.
