just bought new boat with blown engine

it has imco silent choice exhausts and volvo engine my engineer thinks that the risers might not be tall enough as they are standard and only have a slight drop. the websites i have looked at show them with standard but others show a bigger drop don`t really want to change risers as they are new but worried about sticking brand new lump in then having problems is anyone using this set up or running silent choice with standard risers or similar set up and let me know your riser height or know for sure its ok.

Hi bert, we used to fit them with a 1" per foot drop if that is any help.
