bolts stucked in engine

I have a small problem. Two lower bolts have stucked in engine sadle
How to remove them?? Can I heat sadle a bit and took them out or not??

Any other ideas??

Thats unusual?

There quite a big diameter bolt and take along time to corrode to the saddle?
I wouldnt heat if you can help it as the saddle will prob distort? Maybe give it a good tap, clean off the excess corrosion as best you can with a wire brush and give it good blast with some penetrating fluid. Keep applying it for a few days. Once youve got it turning with a spanner you'll be ok.
