Talking Captive nuts????

does anyone know the correct name for the rubber captive nuts that you can push through a hole and when the bolt is inserted and tightened they expand/squash up on the other side and allow you to tighten two things together such as panels? I think there used on alien cowl lower trays?

The items used on a lower tray are known as "wellnuts". I believe some of the larger Halfords stock them!
