Class 3 fire extinguishers

Rule K.47 in Class 3 (fire prevention) states that extinguishers are now only reccomended, can anyone confirm that i now DO NOT need to have one / some fitted...

Same as rule F26, though our rules UK33 state 'shall carry a minimum of one fully charged 2kg or 2x1kg'

That is correct, they are recomended so you DO NOT have to carry one !! If you do then I suggest you avoid powder. I nearly suffocated when mine went off accidentally last year !!
