Cougar CUB need info for max performance

--------------------------------------------------------------------------------

Any recommendations on engine (max) and engine jack choices for Cougar Cub to achieve max speed and what speeds can be expected. Please help with any rigging suggestions and hydrofoil and/or trim tab info.

Thank You

The Cub was designed for 25HP. I'd put a Tohatsu 40C & 18-19" cleaver which still runs in S550 in some parts of Europe.

50 HP,
It would be a 10ft Anchor,
Remember it has to be a short shaft, or lift it 5 "
