Jamie,

Dont forget, if your looking seriousely at Rings; Extreme Marine (Tony Davis on this forum) currently builds the later model 21 (I.e the Honda race boats with Small Cuddy) alongside the 24 & 26' cruisers.

Mate of mine bought a new ring powercraft 21. it hasn't done a season yet and it is already crazed on the rear, transom goes from 2 inches one end to 2 1/2 the other. not impressed at all.
Go for a Trio or better still a Cyclone

mike doesn't build the 21 anymore, he's sold the moulds to a dutch company, who built your mates?

Don't know the answer to that. The new builder has been an agent for years!!

I'd have bought them if i'dbeen told they were for sale.

I don't know if it's of any interest , but a bare boat is available from me, from hull and deck upwards!!

The ring in the picture (Simply Red) is a 21E rigged & first used in 1996.

As Wacky says it is the wide beam version, same as the Extreme 21 I believe.

I have had the boat fom new & not a single gel crack so far. It has been an excellent boat, but never raced !!!

Hadn't realised that Mike had sold the mould - is this correct ?
