Engine Lifter Noise

after the last race my engine lifter has started to sound really ropey. it still works fine up and down but doesnt sound good at all.

ive greased her all up on the nipples and she is still sounding rough as.

any of you boys had that with yours? any tips on what it may be?

its a bobs machine shop lifter, perhaps the bobs machine shop boys that come on here could shed some light?

cheers

Jacques

What sounds rough? The pump bit or the actual slider? I'd imagine it's got bushes of some form on the slider, so those could be worn? Is the pump in the boat or the lifter on that one?
