engine mount & transom plate

Hi there, I am more or less ready to mount the engine (Merc200) on my P21. In the previous setup motor was mounted off center by about 2cm. What is your opinion on motor position on the transom. Need to drill new holes, anyway.
2nd. someone here has a nice design for a transom plate ready? I am looking to have one cut and bent locally to save the transport cost. Still if someone here has reasonable offer, please let me know.
