Merc Top Mount Hole Size

I have different size on my engine :
on the top mount the inside diameter of the hole is 11.5mm
On the low mount the inside diameter of the hole is 13mm.
checked by caliper, today on a 2.5 liter merc carb model 1998.
the size of the screw for top mount is (in inches): 0,437-20 x 7.50
Hope this help.

Mike,
Bolt size should be a 7/16\" UNF & Close tolerance hole for that would be 7/16\" a non structural clearance would be 29/64\"
