Feul consumption for merc 225 optimax

What should i expect at 5400 revs,wide open throttle and will the fitment of carbon reeds help in any way,

Can't help you re. the fuel consumption dowdy, but I was thinking about installing carbon reeds in a Merc inline 6 I am rebuilding & posed the question on a yank forum & didn't get any favourable replies, see Boyesen reeds thread
