Hey, it is indeed just topcoat colored in white. And than i use paint after it is almost dry. After 2 hours i flick the paint in it. It is dark grey paint but it looks almost black. The advantage is that you dont have to work that fast because you have to flick the paint in it after a few hours. But i'm afraid it will drip off at the sides. So i dont know what to do.. Maybe let the paint last a bit longer until it floats less or just maybe flick it in when the coat is still wed. But i'm afraid the paint will flow out in the wed topcoat.

At the sides the panels were bare wood etc and it was difficult to cover it with only 1 layer. We did a second on it when i was still a bit sticky. I've used 10% pigmentpasta. So 1 kg for 10kg topcoat. It was difficult to order different colors of that pigmentpasta. And the shop there said that they always use the paint to flick in it...

Saterday the cockpit will be done

They said that they always use the paint. And if you would throw it in when the base coat is still wed it they think it will flow out. I will test it on a little piece because i'm scrared the paint will drip of on the sides.

Flo coat is done.

The splatters paint stick very well to it. No problem. The advantage you have time enough to bring the flocoat on because you flick them in when it's already dry.
