Rumbled!! I want his babies.

I have met him a few times, but I don't think he knows who I am, he's very important you know.

I took loads of pics of him (in a stalker kinda way), for him, but he was too busy/important to take any of me.

I think i have seen Kitten, does he have a yellow RIB with a wood console and was at Torquay?
If it was is you RIB ok as i watched it dropping off the trailer into about 6" of water on to the concrete slip, sounded like it hit something heavy metallic.

Yeah, that sounds like Kitten. I think the console is made out of old pallets and bits of packing crate. The tubes are old yellow bin-liners, gaffer taped to the wooden hull.

I'm tea total, but yes, I quite like the old fool.

He can't build a bote to save his feckin life though. In his day, everything was double diagonal timber, and copper sheathing. (he's 86 years old)

That's a good idea got to be quicker and easier then carving from a single tree trunk as I normaly do.

Gazza, Thanks for that thought I'd got away with it.

Suggest that you seperate this thread and stick it in talking bollox.

now I wan't picking on your apperance, if I was I would have posted this.

You don't get a face like that being tea total, I've seen you driven to drink, although I will never blame you given the circumstances.

Wrong race Cookie.

The race in which I competed against a Shark, was in deepest, darkest Reading.
