Foot throttle help

Hi all fitting a foot throttle in my phantom, can't get enough cable pull through before the throttle hits the stopper (rubber cam) meaning i can't get full throttle advance. What are my options please , cut down the 33c cable to bring ends closer in? Both bottomed out on both ends . Thanks in advance

Cutting down engine end cable end makes no sense as the 33c cable is clamped down in the lower tray, I have to find the extra cable travel needed at the food throttle end, before it hits the cam roller stopper in the throttle housing, im thinking chop down the plastic control cable end
