To feed the surgetank you want low pressure pumps with a large volume ,and if using one fuel tank you can use 1 bigger low press high volume pump, such as a Holley red electric ,I believe these are flowing 100 gallons an hour ( free flow)
if you let these pumps make pressure, the amount of fuel flow drops hard down .
But in a surge tank these will work fine ,as the press would be very low.
Be sure the overflow /overfill from the surge tank is big enough to flow the fuel back to the tank ,to keep pressure low.
Your engines need 28 gallons an hour each at full throttle, I assume these are 260/280 BHP ?
As for the high press pumps to feed your 2,5 ,s use Bosch motorsport pumps ,these are the bigger/fatter pumps that flow a large amount of fuel.
They should have provisions to screw hose adapters into the housing ,for using 10 mm hose at pressure side.
Use the return fuel from the engines to feed the surge tank also.
And use a fuse between the positive to the fuel pumps
