Gear oil info

I have an old XR2 (cam shell cover type) and was wondering whether I should be using the standard Quicksliver Premium gear oil or the High performance oil when I replace it before the start of the season.
I know you can't mix them so just want to be 100% sure before I get the right blend before I go ahead and buy it.
Can some one point me in the right direction please?

Oil has been ordered - should be waiting for me when I return from offshore in the next couple of weeks. One more job to add to the list......
