I got stainless braided pipes made up by hyphose. Not the cheapest but very nice.

Gorilla is -4 (dash 4)
Mercury is either 3/8 x24 (small staniless ends) or 7/16 x24 into the trim pump.
so, no not interchangable.

Dash 4 is a hose size, not a thread.
Quote from Mechanic's Toolbox

In the automotive world, hose size is expressed by inside diameter. For example, a 3/8 inch has has a nominal (approximate) inside diameter (ID) of 3/8 inch. Not so with aircraft hose. Aircraft hose uses dash numbers to designate the hose size.

Dash size is in 1/16 of an inch. So

-2 (2/16) 1/8 inch,
-6 (6/16) 3/8 inch,
-8 (8/16) 1/2 inch and so on.
But be careful, this does not mean that a -6 hose has an inside diameter of 3/8 inch. In fact, it can be anywhere from .298 to .359 inch, depending upon the hose type.

The thread in the G3 lifter is 1/4" npt I'm sure G4 is the same.
so if you already have the hoses just take them to a good hydraulic hose company and ask them to get some stainless adaptors

That's what I did with mine. They made the pipes and fitted the correct sizes I needed.

Just watch out, as soon as they realise it's for a boat, the special marine calculator come out!!

We use Pirtek from Plymouth and they are pretty good and don't go mad with the pricing - even with stainless stuff.

By the way your link is broken!
