Hidden stainless fixings

Does anyone know a supplyer for hidden fixings. I´m looking for something like the picture (please excuse the poor drawing), with the thread attached to the backing, as apposed to the usual hidden nut fixings.

Thanks

Pete

Could you use a coach bolt instead?

What you want to use them for? are they cosmetic, if not maybe bigheads?

Or any good stainless fabricator should be able to make something a little more sexy!

Thanks for the info. Having looked at "bighead" they look just the job. I want them for the side trim panels. To go through the ply backing (before the trim is added) and then through the fibreglass sides "Gunnels", so I can add the washer and nut to the back and not have the problem of trying to get the usual bolt, through the fibreglass, then to enter squarely into the hidden nuts. The ones I bought last time, were nuts and were steel, so they are all rusty now, even though the bolts are stainless. I don´t want any rust stains coming through the new upholstery.

I´ll check sizes etc and, if you don´t mind Tony, I´ll take you up on the offer to post.

Thanks all

Pete
