How do I bleed Latham steering?

Hi, does anyone know how I should go about bleeding my Latham steering system?

It has 3 hoses from the helm unit to a small box at the rear of the boat where a further 2 hoses connect to the ram.

Also what oil should I use?

That will be a early helm unit with a transfer adaper thingy. Went over to two hose later on. I'll see if I can find the instructions but it has been posted up here before
