Hydrodynamic flow testing

Does anyone know of anywhere that does one off tests? Or anyone that does it apart from college's?

NPL National Physical Laboritory in Teddington used to have those facilities, thats where the bouncing bomb was developed. Not sure if they are still doing that type of research, but if not I bet some one there could help you.
