Laser II modifications and ID

[Phantom 19]

Just been sorting out some old props.

This Laser II has had its exhaust ring(?) cut off, pitch modified from 20 to 18" and the blades cut down.

Any ideas how the mods will affect it? It needs a new hub bush but if it's going to be a duffer I won't bother getting it rebushed. It does seem to have been down properly as there are two ID marks on it.
