low water pickup set up where should the bullet nose cone be just below keel ? or level on 18ft phantom late shape

really depends on a number of things

prop choice
race or leisure
skiing
set back

if you could give us some more info maybe we could give you some suggestions.
As a general rule though i'd set it about an 1 1/2" below and use the middle holes that way you can move it up or down a bit if required

thanks 1 t0 2 inches thats just where i got it swinging a 26 chopper on 250 v6 2 stroke but am only getting 7k revs max
