OS Leg removal

How on earth do I remove the leg from the saddle?

These nuts and bolts at the top and bottom of the pivit are so old and rusty they are useless. So what can I do the seperate the saddle and leg???

i did this about 2 weeks ago. snip the wire on the two top bolts take out using an allen key i think its 3/8ths. remove the two bottom nuts. hit vigrously with a rubber mallet to free it off
and off it comes should take no longer than 20 mins

top and bottom ones are rusted to f**k and very flakey. the allen key bolts are rounded out due to them being so rusty!

I have removed a ring at the bottom of the pivit. Can I seperate the exhaust plate from the leg and pull it all apart that way??

make sure its really clean first,worst case is you have to buy a couple of crap ring spanners,but if its your only way out,its a cheap fix.
