I know I'll do mine like Burty's, two hoses with neat little bezels either end.

Burty's was based on the 300 Drag that was on the back of my previous Bernico.

We used the rex marine bezels of both, but Burty's had the rex hose as well, on the Bernico I used a soft rubber blue bellows often found on a moto x bike fork!

On both the Bernico and Burty's P20 the engine trim and tilt hoses were routed through the alien cowl lower pan via some stainless steel bulkheads then feed back through the engine service hoses as seen in the attached pic.

Any other cables for power lift (Burty's) or engine trim Actuator were feed out of the transom via a Stianless marine 45dg cable fitting.

If you need any help locating any bits let me know.

My power lift cable also goes throught the base pan with the power trim hoses rather than seperate into the transom.
plus my glands are black plastic rather than s/s, as i didn't want to get accused of copying you

That looks really, really good!

I'm still on the lookout for a Rex Marine hose kit, but I'm damned if I can find them anywhere. Even their own website doesn't seem to list them, or if it does they're well tucked away somewhere.

Whenever I have ordered directly from Rex their shipping charges have always been really spiteful. Make sure you order enough to make it worth your while. Often Martin @ Power Products or Greg @ GB Water-sports keep a few bits in stock. Nico of Bernico fame in Belgium is also an official Rex dealer.

Thanks for that guys.

Don't know how I managed to miss that - put it down to the lateness of the hour!
They seem reasonably priced too. Think I'll make some enquiries. I'll have a browse for any other bits I could do with and then combine postage to make it worthwhile. I'll wind up paying import taxes on it, but I've done that plenty of times before when buying stuff on Ebay from the U.S.

JFYI
Screw size for most of the US Rigging Kit fittings is 1/4 UNC if you need them

Mercury rigging hose if you need it, part number # 32-859055 5 think the last digit is the length in feet, so this number is for a 5' hose. many other cheaper hose options out there though
