I picked this up with my new (to me) phantom 21

It's rough as old a**holes and heavy!

Is it worth repairing and fitting?

Does it make the boat go faster/handle better?

Is it an official item or homemade? (looks a bit too angular)

and lastly....Who is 'INGO THE Gunrunner'?
