Can anyone tell me how to add pics to my threads! I can't seem to upload files and it's doing my head in!

Sure,

Upload (add) them to a site like photobucket (easy)

Then when you want to add one into a thread click on the picture icon (mountain and sun), a box will apear to add the url/http type address in from your photobucket picture. Just copy and paste the address from photobucket into the little popup box on hear and press enter.

You just need to make sure the picture size is bellow the allowance (1024 wide, 1500 high (in pixels) and use the manage attachments part of the posting page.

if your pic is too big, it won't let you upload it. so you'll need to reduce the image size in photoshop or similar.
