Prop advice please

Hi there,

Finally I have found 200xs which I will put into 23ft monohull boat.
It's completly new construction with twin step bottom and keel pad. It will weight about 700kg with engine less fuel. Fuel tank will be located at the back of a boat.

What do you think about propeller to use for offshore racing??
How to calculate that??
