24" *14 ( 3 blade, chopper, Mazco RE) on the transom no set back & a big set of Gonads along with a "No Fear" Tee shirt.
Edit: possibly Jf will get you the height & offset from SB I cant remember it.

Guy I know who races a p21 uses 24 yam drag and 26 omc raker.

Dont think I'll ever be getting in a 21' for racing again. So
On a 21 Tandem deck 1 1/4" off set 3 1/2" up was, how would a girlie put it close to the "G" spot
That was on the transom no set back or lifters
