retrofit build for safety cell....ideas?

ive a thought to build a safety cell into my latest acquisition Witch of Endor as I cant run her at her natural home on lake Coniston without one so it seems...UIM state that e5000 class needs a cell these days...speed week organizers say she can only exceed 10mph on the lake if 'attempting' a record....im still trying to negotiate a historic 'non record attempt' +10mph fly past without a cell but it may not get approved.

in principle I want to build a bolt in box that wont affect the general structure of the boat as is...possible something I can unbolt and take out...plywood Kevlar laminate composite box with canopy and polycarbonate screen, restraints built in etc....ive been through the UIM build regs but its loaded with 'approved designer' references ...I am a mech eng designer by academic qualification and cant see how hard it could be to build something compliant with testing being the crunch issue

any thoughts?

Yes!

Go for the immersed propeller record instead!
