Stand-off plates/jacks

First post!

Hi All, I've got a 6 inch stand off plate from bobs marine. My primary reason for this is to allow more space in the back of the boat since by design the engine tilted up intrudes into what could be rear seating space... Now the 6 inch one is not quite enough, I could do with an 8 inch plate.

What's the best way to do this? I'm happy to replace it for an 8 inch one if I can find one? Any suggestions from anyone here would be great!

Cheers,

not as a standard off the shelf piece but you could have one anysize you want if you know the dimensions.

Hmm ok. Is that something custom made then if I know the dimensions? I know I'm after about an 8 inch setback, I've fitted the BMS SB6 plate:

But I need another couple of inches so I can make a single seat across the back:

That should make more sense I hope

We've had them with a Verado 250 hanging off one but not for racing, it should be OK but it would depend on how hooligan you are!
